The candidate will co-ordinate and support field and technical training across the South East Europe and Türkiye (SEET) Operating Unit (OU) in collaboration with the Operating Area (OA) Field Leads, aligning the OU and OA’s with EMEA/Global Field and Technical Training Strategy. The Field & Technical Training Lead will primarily focus on the development, co-ordination and deployment of field and technical training within the 3 Operating Areas (OAs) in Italy and the process of identifying and developing the skills and competencies of our field colleagues. This position will report to the Italy Field Engineering Manager to enable collaboration with the Field Experts and Adjusters to leverage the Technical Instructions, expertise and collaborate with the OU/OA Field Teams.
