Description Program/internship Summary: Engage in a PAID, eight-week, project-based internship and gain experience working on real-world projects within the shipping industry. Program Benefits: Work with a prominent global container shipping company Earn $20 per hour while gaining valuable experience Work on an exciting departmental project with specific deliverables Bi-weekly progress reports, final report in week 7, presentation to the executive team in week 8 Potential for return the following year or employment offer upon graduation Must be available to work ON-SITE 5 days per week, for the duration of the 8-week internship Requirements: Candidate Requirements: - Minimum GPA of 2.75 - Pursuing a Business-related field of study - Studies in Maritime, Supply Chain or Logistics a plus! - Open to undergraduate, graduate, and graduating students - Participants must commit to an 8-week internship, working 5days a week, 8 hours a day - Duration: June 1st - July 24th - Pay Rate: $20/hr. - Advanced Excel Skills - mandatory
