Job DetailsJob Location: St. Andrew's Episcopal School - SC - Jackson, MS 39216Objective: To provide individualized care and foster a dynamic learning environment that engages early learners in appropriate curriculum and concepts through differentiated instructions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and implement learning opportunities for children to build and strengthen brain development as well as communication, social, and gross and fine motor skills. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to meet the needs of students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles. Build and maintain positive relationships with families. Partner with families to support the individual developmental needs and stages of each child. Manage student behavior through developmentally appropriate classroom management procedures. Track students daily schedules, personalized feeding schedules based on parental specifications, and nutritional needs in conjunction with the developmental stages of each child.
