Summary: The Facilities Custodian maintains the cleanliness and general order of the building while also performing routine patrols around the building, monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and ensuring the overall security of the facility. WEEKENDS REQUIRED - Hours are 6:30am - 6:30pm (Saturday & Sunday Only) Duties and Responsibilities: - Sweeping and mopping floors, as well as vacuuming carpets daily throughout the offices, hallways and common areas. - Both women's and men's restrooms cleaned, disinfected, and restocked daily with soap, paper products, and cleaning materials. - Clean kitchenette areas as well as surfaces such as cabinets, desktops, telephones, file cabinets, copy machines, computer monitors, bookshelves and other furniture. - Water fountains will be cleaned and sanitized. - Cleaning all entry glass doors and s...
