ABOUT THE ROLE: Windsor is seeking a motivated Structural Engineer who is eager to learn, grow technical skills, and contribute to high-quality structural designs. In this role, you will support licensed Structural Engineers in the analysis, design, and documentation of a variety of structural systems while gaining hands-on experience across multiple project types. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a strong foundation in structural engineering through mentorship, collaboration, and exposure to real-world design and construction.
