Job Description: What You’ll Do: Perform basic nursing assistant procedures as indicated in competency assessment to include but not limited to taking and recording of vital signs, simple, non-sterile dressing changes, bed bath, sponge tub and shower bath, shampooing, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting and elimination, nutrition and fluid intake, application of ointments, creams and topicals, reporting on skin conditions within State of New Hampshire LNA Scope of Practice. More Specifically: - • Provides services that are ordered by the physician included in the plan of care, permitted to be performed under state law and consistent with home health training. Performs tasks and provides personal care to patients following the plan of care in a safe and effective manner complying with infection prevention and control policies.
