Job Description: Receptionist (Bank Hours) Queensmount Care Home, 18 Queens Park West Drive, Bournemouth BH8 9DA Bank Hours Required: £13.10 - £14.10 Per hour depending on experience We make health happen: Here at Bupa we support those when they need it the most. You’ll help us make health happen by: Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone Conducting show-arounds within the care home Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paper work and filing Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: You’ve worked as a Receptionist before with experience in providing excellent customer service, you'll have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone.
