Job Summary: The Day Camp Site Supervisor provides leadership and on-site supervision for part-time staff and participants in the Summer Day Camp Program serving children ages 5 to 12. This role directs daily camp operations, supports a safe and engaging environment, manages behavior and discipline using developmentally appropriate practices, and communicates effectively with parents/guardians, staff, and City supervisors. Responsibilities include opening, closing, and securing facilities; recording attendance; supporting minor illness/injury response; preparing and inventorying snacks; maintaining clean and organized program areas; and planning, organizing, and implementing activities, crafts, sports, games, special events, and field trips.
