Facility: Dayton Children's - Main Campus Department: Legal Schedule: Full time Hours: 40 Job Details: Serve as in-house counsel on site for Dayton Children’s Hospital in the Legal Services Department. Provide legal services primarily for contracting, research, assist with various operational issues including risk management and compliance, and interact with outside legal services. Provide legal advice and direction to various levels of the organization. Provide support to the Chief Legal Officer. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: · Review and negotiate master services agreement, vendor contracts including equipment, medical supplies, professional services, education affiliation agreement with colleges and universities, software, and construction arrangements, as well as consulting and nondisclosure agreements. Provide counsel and guidance regarding the impact of terms on DCH operations.
