General Description: The Business Operations Director is a leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence in the planning and execution of critical tasks to optimize the performance of BeOne’s in-market portfolio. Reporting to the Country General Manager, this role leads the coordination and execution of projects to ensure the effective delivery of internal and external initiatives and events. Working closely with the Country General Manager and the local Leadership Team, the position monitors performance, timelines and budget and resource management to enable smooth execution , innovation , clear governance and cross-functional alignment.
