We are inviting expressions of interest for casual and part-time Support Workers and Carers across flexible rosters. About the Role: The Support Worker and Therapeutic Cares roles within the Our Way Home programme are responsible for the holistic, person-centred, and trauma-informed day-to-day care of clients. The role involves supporting the development, maintenance, and review of individual support plans in line with organisational processes, policies, care plans, and individually assessed needs.
