This role offers the opportunity to influence how school buildings are maintained, invested in and ultimately handed back to the public sector — ensuring they remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose throughout the life of the contract. What you’ll be doing: - Leading on asset condition management across PFI contracts, ensuring buildings, infrastructure and equipment meet contractual and statutory requirements - Monitoring lifecycle investment, maintenance quality and asset performance, challenging underinvestment or deferred maintenance - Carrying out and overseeing condition surveys, audits and technical inspections across a large and complex portfolio - Providing expert technical advice to senior stakeholders on risks, compliance, lifecycle planning and handback readiness - Working with SPVs, FM providers and internal teams to manage issues, disputes, variations and commercial decisions where technical input is required What we’re looking for: If you’re looking for work where your decisions shape outcomes, protect public...
