Position Purpose: The Manager of Finance provides end‑to‑end financial leadership, strategic insight, and analytical support for the Workforce Operations organization. As a member of the strategic leadership team for the function, the Manager of Finance will partner closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive financial performance across the company’s largest expense category. The Manager of Finance leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management; drives key functional metrics; identifies cost and process optimization opportunities; and supports data‑driven decision‑making through rigorous analysis. This role also plays a critical part in cross‑functional initiatives, fostering strong partnerships across Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Information Systems to achieve business objectives and create long‑term shareholder value.
