POSITION SUMMARY: Constellis is looking for a Senior Contractor Program Security Representative (PSR) to support Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L) Government Program Security Office. The PSR will be embedded in a Program Security Management Office assisting and advising with execution of SOF AT&L managed Special Access Programs. The PSR requires an expert knowledge of Special Access Program management and administration, fundamental knowledge of the basics of program protection, classification architectures, Operations Security (OPSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), sensitive test planning, intelligence & counterintelligence threat support requirements, secure information transmission, secure material transportation, and the principles governing controls on fundamental research activities.
