**Now Offering DailyPay** Overview: We are seeking seasonal grounds keeping team members to begin working in Spring/Summer months. This position is seasonal during the grounds keeping season and can work part-time hours. This position is flexible to work around school extracurricular activities. Applicants must be 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio and be insurable by Otterbein’s insurance. Responsibilities: - This position will perform a variety of tasks involving maintenance of the Otterbein Community grounds. - This includes, but is not limited to mowing, trimming, blowing, mulching, pruning, plant installation, watering, weeding, and fertilizing. - This individual must have the ability to operate company equipment and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Qualifications: - Education : High School Diploma or GED is preferred. High school students (at least 16 years old) and college students are welcomed to apply. - Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio driver’s license. - Experience: Previous snow removal/mowing and related grounds maintenance or related work is preferred.
