This is an operations-first role focused on keeping the office organized, stocked, welcoming, and running smoothly each day. You’ll own day-to-day workplace execution, make most routine operational decisions on the ground, and help create an office experience that feels thoughtful, reliable, and aligned with The Homie Way.
