About This Role As an engineering project leader, you are responsible for leading electronic control projects from initial planning through execution and closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives while supporting both new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining initiatives. Working in a matrixed organization, the project leader partners closely with engineering, product management, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and external suppliers to develop executable project plans, manage risks, and drive accountability across the project lifecycle. The project leader also plays a key role in continuously improving project management standard work, tools, and processes to enable consistent, predictable project delivery. Strong communication, ownership, and the ability to balance technical, schedule, and cost considerations are critical to success.
