The Role Due to growth of our Monitoring Team, we are now seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support our customers in the EU market. As part of a global team of wind turbine health monitoring engineers and analysts, you will lead regional projects focused on connecting machinery to the cloud and delivering high-quality wind turbine health monitoring services to our clients. What you’ll do: - Provide an excellent wind turbine condition health monitoring service to customers in our EU region - Monitor asset performance using our fleetMONITOR software and report on alarms and asset health - Support the new customer onboarding process, contributing to the effective mobilisation of services to new customers - Identify opportunities to provide added-value services to customers around performance such as consulting and training - Ensure that the health monitoring service provided to our customers is of the highest possible quality standard. - Work with ONYX colleagues around the world to identify and develop service improvement opportunities.
