Description The Counter Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience within a fast-paced retail store environment. This position is responsible for supporting walk-in customers, managing phone orders, processing transactions, maintaining accurate inventory, and assisting with paint mixing and order preparation. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, comfort using computer systems, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of customer service.
