WHAT YOU’LL DO: As an HR Generalist you will support our Benefits Administration, Leave of Absence programs, and broader HR Operations. This role will ensure smooth execution of core HR functions, maintain compliance with employment regulations, and provide outstanding support to employees and managers. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment. ROLE EXPECTATIONS: Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and other benefit programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and support. Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in HRIS and with benefit vendors. Coordinate annual open enrollment, including communications and system updates. Reconcile benefit invoices and ensure accurate payroll deductions. Ensure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and other applicable regulations. Partner with brokers and carriers for renewals, audits, and issue resolution.
