What you'll bring to the team PMO Manager Location: London/Hybrid: Hours: 40 hours per week: Contract: Permanent: The PMO Manager provides strategic leadership for the Technology Project Management Office, ensuring our portfolio is prioritized, resourced, and perfectly aligned with organizational goals. You will act as the architect of our delivery excellence, driving governance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Oversight: Lead the PMO team to manage the technology portfolio, ensuring high-value activities are prioritised and executed efficiently. - Governance & Frameworks: Serve as the guardian of the tech delivery framework, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to governance standards. - Operational Excellence: Oversee intake, monitoring, and reporting processes, while setting and tracking functional OKRs. - Tooling Custodian: Own the Tech Smartsheet (PPM) ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and accuracy remain the "single source of truth." - Stakeholder Partnership: Build influential relationships with the Technology team, Transformation Office, and wider business units to provide strategic direction and support....
