Description CNC Technician – Job Description: The CNC Technician supports CNC operations by assisting the CNC Manufacturing Engineer with daily machine activities, troubleshooting, process improvements, and operator training. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality CNC production. Key Responsibilities: - Support and develop countermeasures for safety-related issues - Assist with daily troubleshooting of CNC parts, equipment, and processes - Document and communicate activities across the organization - Support process validation and tool tryouts - Program, interface, and troubleshoot bar feeders - Edit CNC programs (G-code) - Perform CNC setup, changeovers, and tool changes - Maintain and update CNC documentation - Train operators as needed - Assist with customer rejection investigations and countermeasures - Support 5S activities - Perform start-up and shut-down procedures - Complete assigned Maintenance PMs and Operator PMs - Serve as back-up crane operator - Work in both office and manufacturing environments with exposure to mechanical equipment and moderate noise Requirements: Job Requirements: Education & Experience: - High School Diploma or equ...
