Job description

The Warehouse/Logistics Manager will be responsible for the management of the Materials Warehouse and the Machine & Equipment Warehouse with emphasis on Safety performance, delivery performance, quality and productivity. He/she will also manage operations by complying with the environment, health and safety regulations and quality certifications. Requirements: - Ensure the correct staffing of the day to day operations both in terms of available hours but also through building the required competence and flexibility on the available team. - Ensure that customer orders are expedited on time. - Ensure the goods reception of purchased materials. - Manage improvements in warehouse operations by using input from different sources such as internal and external complaints and continuous improvement. - Act as a backup in the daily operations. - Ensure that operations are run in accordance with Calderys routines and Policies. - Ensure that the business is run in accordance with laws and other requirement. - Experience from warehouse operations - Recognized managerial skills and leadership - Decision-making and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and with respect of deadli...
