Job summary We are now looking for an experienced, hands-on, Privacy Manager who can help us further professionalize our privacy management across the regions where we operate. In this position you are part of Group Risk & Compliance, report to the Group Risk & Compliance Manager and work in close cooperation with our Legal team, our Product teams, and our Brand business teams across Europe. In the Group Risk & Compliance team your immediate colleagues work on a variety of risk & compliance topics, like Know Your Customer and information security. As a Privacy Manager, you play a critical role in ensuring a privacy mindset within TBAuctions while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. You are responsible for setting privacy standards and driving the implementation of the TBAuctions Privacy Framework, performing privacy impact assessments, providing guidance to the products development team so that products conform to privacy-by- design principles, investigating privacy incidents and providing a fit for purpose privacy support structure to our regions, for example by means of the Group standard privacy management software and training platform.
