Overview Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about helping older adults live safer, more independent lives? If so, our Rehab Team in Parma , OH is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member to support patient-centered care at Mount Alverna . Weekday and weekend coverage needed!: Responsibilities: As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) , you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve. Qualifications: - Be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. - Hold a valid state OT license. - Ability to work flexible PRN hours and weekends as needed. - Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
