How You Will Make an Impact The Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering will plan, organize, and direct the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement functions and provide engineering and program management direction for Reading Truck Body Operations. In addition to leading the implementation of facilities expansion and improvement, the Director will develop manufacturing systems and processes, manufacturing standards, and a standard tooling strategy. The incumbent will research and introduce new manufacturing technologies, leading a team of engineers in the implementation of continuous improvement activities. The Director will adhere and train to a Lean Six Sigma culture to attain maximum production efficiency and quality standards in the most cost-effective manner.
