Location: Toronto preferred Reports to: Chief of Staff to the CEO The Opportunity: Narvar is hiring! We are seeking a Strategy & Transformation Lead to join the Office of the CEO. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between complex data and strategic storytelling. You will be responsible for defining how Narvar measures success in the age of AI, driving critical CEO-sponsored initiatives, and crafting relevant narratives on Narvar’s business and product evolution. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging strategy to execution and exploring unchartered territory in how to evaluate a scaling business. Day-to-day: 1. Analytics & Strategic Storytelling As the primary analytical lead for the Office of the CEO, you will define how Narvar communicates its value to the Board, investors, and the market. 2. AI Transformation Program Management You will drive a central role in Narvar’s internal AI evolution. 3.
