The Transformation Division plays a pivotal role in enabling the University of Wollongong to deliver on its Strategic Plan 2030 and broader sustainability objectives. As the University undertakes a significant program of transformation, the Division provides coordinated program support, change management expertise, process improvement capability, and benefits realisation frameworks. Working across faculties and divisions, the Division promotes consistent approaches, strengthens organisational readiness, and ensures changes are embedded effectively.
