About the Role: Data Transformation & Tech is the data analytics and insights team at OMD EMEA. We support all clients in our agency and help them apply advanced analytics to understand their consumers and how to grow their business. The DTT team consists of the below main disciplines: This role sits within the Data Management and Visualisation discipline within the wider Marketing Intelligence team. We are looking for a Data Management and Visualisations Director to lead the development of high-impact, client-facing dashboards and reporting solutions. This role combines leadership with active delivery, requiring an individual who can translate complex data into compelling visual narratives for senior stakeholders on our newly won Shark Ninja EMEA remit. We are increasingly involved in ensuring all media activity is delivered following not only overall best practice guidelines, but also with complex and detailed processes and rules. We require an experienced candidate with a high level of understanding of the media environment to not only devise and support these processes, but to also ensure that these are being observed throughout the OMD network in EMEA and beyond.
