Restoration Field Technician - Part Time Temp (possible temp to perm)

Job description

The AdvantaClean Field Technician provides mold remediation, air duct & dryer vent cleaning, emergency water damage recovery, and installation of moisture control solutions in homes and buildings. This temporary, 10 week position will assist in regular operations as well as a large commercial duct cleaning project. This position could lead to permanent employment for interested applicants. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL for all night work pertaining to the duct cleaning project. Field Technicians work directly under the supervision of a Lead Technician, Crew Supervisor, or Project Manager in a team atmosphere. The Supervisor will assign various tasks to the field technician to complete that as part of the project as a whole. Typical Duties Include: Qualifications: - Light demolition / removal of finished building materials - Project cleanup, bagging, and removing debris to jobsite collection bin or vehicle for haul off - Operating water collection vacuums or pumps to extract standing water from inside structures - Detailed, fine cleaning including vacuuming, brushing, and damp wiping surfaces and building contents - Hanging or laying plastic for barricades or barriers using mechanical fastener...
