We are seeking an strong Program Manager to be part of Transportation Excellence team, supporting initiatives for E2E logistics operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring optimal delivery quality performance through data-driven mechanisms, trade-off analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence by establishing robust measurement frameworks, conducting deep-dive analyses, and implementing scalable solutions that balance customer experience with operational efficiency. This role requires an analytical/tactical thinker who can balance analytical rigor with practical execution. You will be expected to dive deep into complex operational challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive implementation through effective stakeholder engagement. The position demands strong ownership mentality, bias for action, and ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations, on top of very strong deep dive.
