Role Overview The Head of Europe ETF Capital Markets Solutions within the ETF Capital Group will be responsible for leading all primary and secondary market activities across State Street Investment Management’s European ETF platform, with end-to-end accountability for liquidity outcomes, market quality, and trading efficiency. This role sits at the center of the ETF franchise, shaping how the platform performs in the market and how it competes across an increasingly complex and evolving market structure landscape. In addition to overseeing the integrity and performance of State Street ETFs, the role will play a key strategic role in advancing the firm’s ETF-as-a-Service (EaaS) offering, leading and delivering comprehensive Capital Markets support for external clients across the full ETF lifecycle. This includes advising on go-to-market strategy, coordinating onboarding of authorized participants, market makers, and exchanges, and designing efficient primary market structures.
