Description Do you enjoy being physically fit and being able to motivate people with their goals and workouts? Are you well-organized and able to work independently? If so, come join the Wellness Team at Montachusett Community Branch YMCA! The YMCA fosters an environment that creates change that is supportive to and resulting in our members feeling confident in themselves and the changes they will make towards a healthier tomorrow. The Wellness Center Associate is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy exercise environment by conducting daily maintenance and cleaning/sanitizing of all equipment in the common area of the wellness center. Candidates should also be familiar with fitness equipment and keeping up to date on safety and fitness trends. Educational background in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Health Education or related field preferred, and current CPR and First Aid certifications is required within 30 days of hire date.
