Job description

Department Overview The Supply Management division within Supply Chain & Logistics (SC&L) plays a central role in supporting OHSU's mission by ensuring essential medical supplies are available where and when they are needed. The team oversees Materials Management for Perioperative (PeriOp) services and Multi-Specialty Procedure Units (MSPU), working closely with OHSU's distributors and Warehouse operations to maintain reliable supply availability for patient care. As the system's distribution hub, the Warehouse receives, stores, and delivers medical and linen supplies efficiently across the Level One Trauma Center, inpatient units, clinics, and procedure areas. Within PeriOp and Inventory Management, the division manages supply inventories for South OR, the Center for Health & Healing OR, Doernbecher OR, and all MSPU locations. Materials Management includes staff responsible for daily operational functions in these areas, including Property Specialists, Administrative Coordinators, and Program Technicians.
