Job Description IT Field Service Technician: Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving to various restaurant locations to repair and replace IT equipment. Your primary focus will be on servicing existing equipment, responding to scheduled and emergency service calls. Additionally, you will assist in new projects.The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Work Hours : Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be flexible to work weekends and be on-call for night shifts. Essential Functions: - Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls by traveling between restaurant locations. - Perform repairs and replacements on a variety of IT equipment, including Point of Sale systems, credit card devices, routers, cameras, computers, drive-thru equipment, IP phones, etc. - Install new cables (ethernet, video wire, etc.) and terminate them properly. - Take responsibility for after-hour emergency calls on designated on-call days. - Assist in new projects at existing stores and participate in new store...
