Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Manager, Lawyer Talent Acquisition to join our team in our New York or Washington D.C. offices. This position is responsible for supporting and managing lateral partner recruitment for the firm's practice groups. On a typical day you will: - Guide and advise lateral candidates through the recruiting process to ensure their experience is representative of the Firm's standards of excellence. - Manage due diligence and offer process.
