About the position As Commercial Manager for Scandinavia you will be leading our commercial teams in Skurup in Sweden, Stavanger in Norway and Randers in Denmark. You will have ownership and responsibility for Customer Services and our in-house technical sales team. In your role, you will ensure excellent customer service by securing the supply to customer, supporting in prioritization towards operations and proactively update customers on status. Your team will act as an extension of the sales team. As manager, you will plan and enable team performance and succession planning, support and act upon continuous improvement opportunities and encourage excellent cross functional relationships. But most importantly, encourage a work environment where individuals and teams can flourish. Your experience: - Experience in Commercial/Customer management, preferably Packaging - Minimum of 5 years leadership is required - Degree level in relevant discipline Skills and knowledge: - Excellent people management experience - Be capable of managing methodically and efficiently - Very strong organizational and continuous improvement skills - Excellent communication skills in at least one Scandinavia...
