Title: Maintenance Supervisor, Weekends, Salaried, Shift not Applicable Req ID: 9340 City, State: Irving, TX: Reports to: Maintenance & Utilitites Manager Classification: Exempt: JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary: The Maintenance Weekend Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of maintenance work orders and effective utilization of the team to address plant process, equipment, and facility upkeep. With a “One Team, One Mission” approach, this position collaborates across shifts and with multiple departments (Production, Utilities, Planning, Safety) to support consistent yields, minimize down time and enforce HACCP, USDA, and food safety protocol. Essential Functions: - Supervises the activities of Maintenance Techs and apprentices to track completion of work orders, planned repairs/projects and preventative maintenance. Includes administration of scheduling, time and attendance, performance feedback and follow-up to ensure optimal job performance. - Coordinates on and troubleshoots major maintenance projects with Maintenance team, plant engineers and Continuous Improvement. - Ensures quick and effective response to line breakdowns.
