JOB OVERVIEW: This role serves as a client-facing design lead responsible for translating customer needs into functional, high-quality architectural and equipment planning solutions. The position partners closely with Equipment Sales Specialists and cross-functional teams to develop and execute design strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives. This role requires strong space planning and technical design skills, collaboration across multiple stakeholders, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic project environments while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Field & Customer Support (80%): Serve as a client-facing design lead, translating customer needs into practical architectural and equipment planning solutions Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to develop and execute design strategies that support client and project goals Coordinate with Equipment Specialists, clients, architects, contractors, and consultants across all project phases Develop detailed floor plans incorporating zoning, adjacencies, circulation, accessibility, life safety codes, and construction standards Produce accurate...
