The Communications Team at Chase is seeking a Vice President to join the Trust & Security and Crisis Communications team. This individual will help shape and advance proactive communications strategies focused on fraud and scam prevention, secure payments, and consumer protection. As a Trust & Security and Crisis Communications Vice President within Consumer & Community Banking you will help lead integrated campaigns and thought leadership opportunities to elevate Chase’s narrative around trust and security, while also serving as a flexible contributor who supports issues management and crisis communications. You will focus on high-impact areas, working closely with cross-functional partners in operations, legal, product, government relations, and marketing. Job responsibilities: Support proactive storytelling and consumer awareness efforts that translate complex trust, security, and payments messages into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with customers and the media.
