POSITION OVERVIEW: The Coordinator to the Senior Director of Programming provides administrative and project coordination to the Senior Director of Programming and the Programming Department. Working closely under the Senior Director of Programming, this position supports the department in upholding the artistic integrity of the Sundance Film Festival. This full-time position is based within a commutable distance to Los Angeles, CA in order to work onsite in a hybrid capacity throughout the year. T he role requires flexibility, including extended hours, evenings, and weekends during peak periods, as well as travel to Institute locations, events, and meetings as needed.
