Job Title: Senior AI Engineer Overview: We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and deploy a production-grade AI-powered knowledge search platform using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will work on scalable, secure, and bilingual AI solutions in a hybrid cloud environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines (retrieval, reranking, LLM orchestration) Build data ingestion pipelines (CMS and document sources, chunking, embeddings) Develop prompt templates, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks Implement security controls (ACLs, access filtering) Deploy and manage services using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes (AKS) Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Support performance tuning and operations during early production phases Requirements: Strong experience with Python and AI/ML systems Hands-on experience with RAG, LLMs, and vector databases Experience with Azure (AKS, Azure OpenAI, API Management) Proven experience with Terraform and Kubernetes/Helm Experience building and deploying production AI systems Languages: Dutch or French (fluent) English (professional proficiency): Work Setup: Location: Brussels (hybrid – 2–3 days on-...
