A Registered Nurse is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience. As a Registered Nurse you will: Adheres to hospital nursing practice standards, demonstrates appropriate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Assist the emergent patient and documents accordingly on Emergency Room nursing tool. Identifies patient needs based on objective data and follows through with appropriate documentation.
