Posting Date 04/28/2026 9850 A-D Carmel Mountain Rd, San Diego, California, 92129, United States of America **This is a float position that requires CHT** DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care - Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment - Set up and maintain dialysis equipment - Record vital signs and patient data - Educate patients on treatment and kidney health - Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Requirements: - Dialysis experience + CHT certification - Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent - Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment - Physically able to work long shifts on your feet - Willing to float between local clinics if needed - Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: Start your healthcare career with...
