Description Role Overview: The BXP Specialist provides professional, friendly, and efficient service to members by assisting with financial transactions and account management. Responsibilities include processing deposits, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and other account services, maintaining and balancing cash daily, and answering inquiries about products and services. The BXP Specialist promotes member education, identifies opportunities to recommend credit union solutions, and ensures compliance with regulations while contributing to the success of the branch and organization.
