Job description

Responsibilities: Clean and maintain all common areas including clubhouse, recreation building, walkways, and shared spaces Clean: and sanitize restrooms located in the clubhouse and recreation building (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, fixtures) Maintain: cleanliness of laundry rooms, including wiping machines, tables, and keeping floors free of debris Sweep,: mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in common areas and elevators Clean: and disinfect elevator interiors, doors, tracks, and control panels Empty: trash and recycling containers throughout the property, including common areas and amenity spaces Monitor: and maintain marina and dock areas by removing trash and debris to ensure cleanliness and safety Replenish: supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in all common area restrooms and facilities Dust: and wipe down furniture, railings, fixtures. Clean: glass surfaces, doors, and windows in common areas only.
