The opportunity Our Energy & Utilities team are now seeking their nexthighly capable Zero Harm Advisor to join our team on Barrow Island. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working a 14/14 roster, flying direct from Perth. Reporting directly to the Site Superintendent you will play a major part in ensuring our Zero Harm standard is embedded into everything our people do on and off site. What you’ll do: In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and guiding our operational leaders, engineers, supervisors and blue-collar workforce to successfully promote and foster a proactive culture of Zero Harm. - Ensure application of Downer Zero Harm standards and legislative requirements to all work activities. - Conduct observations, site inspections and audits. - Investigate incidents, injuries or breaches of safety and environment procedures. - Manage incident reporting within Downer and client systems.
