Job Description: - The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following: - Greet and prepare patients for dermatological examinations and procedures. - Obtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and chief complaints. - Assist dermatologists with a variety of clinical procedures, including but not limited to skin exams, biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and cosmetic treatments. - Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of supplies. - Perform wound care, suture removal, and dressing changes as directed. - Educate patients on post-procedure care and general dermatological health. - Manage patient records and handle prior authorizations. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR). - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA...
