Role Summary URBN is hiring a results-oriented and analytical Paid Search Associate with hands-on expertise in paid search to help drive the growth of our paid marketing program(s) and accelerate new user acquisition. As the Paid Search Associate, you will play a key role on supporting significant investments across Google and Microsoft Ads, while closely tracking performance and cost-efficiency metrics. A successful candidate will be a meticulous, detail-oriented executor with a strong sense of accountability for campaign performance. They are not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring a proactive and persistent curiosity to their work. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly transition between detailed, hands-on-keyboard campaign execution and drafting concise, strategic reports that drive internal decision-making.
