This is a maternity cover contract HR Business Partner role where you will support one of our specialist business units. The HRBP will provide strategic and operational HR support to drive performance, engagement and retention across the business. Location: Citywest Head Office, with hybrid working optionReports to: Senior HR Business PartnerContract: minimum 12 months' contract role Responsibilities: Partner with the BU leadership team to deliver the people strategy. Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit. Lead workforce and resource planning, ensuring future capability needs are met.
